CHAP. 201.— An Act To authorize certain changes in the permanent system of highways, District of Columbia. February 25, 1909.[[H. R. 25149](/us/bill/70/hr/25149).][[Public, No. 270.](/us/pl/70/270)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Commissioners ofDistrict of Columbia.New highway plan for northern section. the District of Columbia are hereby authorized to prepare a new highway plan for that portion of the District of Columbia lying north of Evarts street north, east of North Capitol street, south of Michigan avenue, and west of Glenwood Cemetery, under the provisions contained in the Act of Congress approved March second, eighteenVol. 30, p. 519. hundred and ninety-three, entitled “An Act to provide a permanent system of highways in that part of the District of Columbia lying outside of cities,” and an amendment to said Act approved June twentyeighth, eighteen hundred and ninety-eight; that upon the completion and recording of said new highway plan it shall take the place of. and stand for, any previous plan for said portion of the District of Columbia; and that the portion of the highway thereby abandonedReversion toowners. shall revert to the abutting owners.
