CHAP. 20.— An Act For the relief of the Citizens’ Bank of Louisiana. January 12, 1909. [[S. 1559](/us/bill/60/s/1559).] [[Private, No. 70](/us/pvtl/60/70).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to pay to the Citizens’Citizens’ Bank of Louisiana.Payment to. Bank of Louisiana two hundred and fifteen thousand eight hundred and twenty dollars and eighty-nine cents for a claim found due said bank by the Court of Claims; and the money to pay the same is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
