CHAP. 196.— An Act Granting pension and increase of pension to certain soldiers and sailors of the civil war, and certain widows of such soldiers and sailors. May 25, 1908. [[H. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— The name of Charles C.

Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
