CHAP. 184.— An Act Authorizing the Department of State to deliver to Major C. DeW. Willcox decoration and diploma presented by Government of France. February 24, 1909. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Major C. DeW. Willcox.May accept decoration of “Officier d’Académie.” That Major C. DeW. Willcox, United States Anny, be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept the decoration and diploma of Officier d’Académie tendered to him, through the Department of State of the United States, by the Government of the French Republic; and the Department of State is hereby authorized to deliver to him the said decoration and diploma.
