Interior is hereby authorized and directed to issue patents in fee to the Board of Missions of the Protestant Episcopal Church of the United States for the following described lands: The southeast quarter of section thirty-six, township four south, range thirty-four east, of Boise meridian, containing· one hundred and sixty acres: *Provided*,*Proviso.*Consent of Indians. That the said patent shall not issue until the Indians of the said reservation shall have given their consent to the grant through their business committee or council in such manner as the Secretary of the Interior shall provide.
