CHAP. 177.— An Act For the relief of Joseph Swisher. February 23, 1909. [[H. R. 9617](/us/bill/60/hr/9617).] [[Private, No. 161](/us/pvtl/60/161).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Joseph Swisher.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Joseph Swisher, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one hundred and nine dollars and eighty-seven cents, said sum being the amount withheld for tools lost in battle, in the settlement of the account of said Joseph Swisher, as captain in the One hundred and thirteenth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and quartermaster of the Second Brigade, Second Division, Fourteenth Army Corps.
