CHAP. 176.— An Act To amend the military record of David H. Dickinson. February 23, 1909. [[H. R. 27342](/us/bill/60/hr/27342).] [[Private, No. 160](/us/pvtl/60/160).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That David H. Dickinson,David H. Dickinson.Honorable discharge granted. late a private of Company G, Twenty-second Regiment New York Volunteer Cavalry, shall be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from said company and regiment on August ninth, eighteen hundred and sixty-live: *Provided,* That no pay, bounty, or*Provisos.*No pay, etc. other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the pas-sage of this Act: *And provided further,* That from any pension heNo rebate, etc. may hereafter show himself entitled to there shall be no deduction or rebate on account of former alleged erroneous payments of pension.
