R. 17960](/us/bill/60/hr/17960).] [[Private, No. 159](/us/pvtl/60/159).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of theMarcellus Butler.Payment to. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay Marcellus Butler, out of any funds in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one hundred dollars, for services rendered to the Committee on Invalid Pensions from March fifth, nineteen hundred and one, to December first, nineteen hundred and one.
