CHAP. 174.— An Act To correct the military record of Isaac N. Fordyce. February 23, 1909. [[H. R. 12760](/us/bill/60/hr/12760).] [[Private, No. 158](/us/pvtl/60/158).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That Isaac N. Fordyce shallIsaac N. Fordyce.Honorable discharge granted. hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from Captain Gilmore’s company, First Regiment West Virginia Volunteer Cavalry, as of date of November nineteenth, anno Domini eighteen hundred and sixty-two: *Provided,* That no pay, bounty, or*Proviso*.No pay, etc. other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
