CHAP. 174.— An Act To complete the naval record of John Shaughnessy. May 18, 1908. [[H. R. 5297](/us/bill/60/hr/5297).] [[Private No. 54](/us/pvtl/60/54).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, John Shaughnessy.Honorable discharge granted. That the Secretary of the Navy is hereby directed to so amend the naval record of John Shaughnessy, late landsman, United States Navy, on United States ship Brooklyn, as to show him honorably discharged, to date from October ninth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four. Approved, May 18, 1908.
