CHAP. 171.— An Act Extending the provisions of the Act of June tenth, eighteen hundred and eighty, concerning transportation of dutiable merchandise without appraisement. February 23, 1909.[[H. R. 24140](/us/bill/70/hr/24140).][[Pubic, No. 253.](/us/pl/70/253)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the privileges of theCustoms.Blaine and Sumas, Wash., granted immediate transportation facilities.Vol.21, p. 173. first section of the Act, approved June tenth, eighteen hundred and eighty, governing the immediate transportation of dutiable merchandise without appraisement, be, and the same are hereby, extended to the subports of Blaine and Sumas, in the State of Washington.
Sec. 2. That all acts and parts of acts in conflict herewith are herebyRepeal. repealed. Approved, February 23, 1909.
