CHAP. 169.— An Act Authorizing the Secretary of War to donate two condemned cannon to Moores Creek Battle Ground Association. February 23, 1909.[[S. 8708](/us/bill/70/s/8708).][[Pubic, No. 251.](/us/pl/70/251)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of WarMoores Creek BattleGround Association, Currie, N. C.Condmned cannon donated to. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to donate to Moores Creek Battle Ground Association, of Currie, North Carolina, two condemned bronze field pieces with their carriages and a suitable outfit of cannon balls which may not be needed in the service: *Provided*, That*Proviso.*No epense. no expense shall be incurred by the United States in connection with the donation of the above-mentioned articles of ordnance property.
