CHAP. 167.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the civil war, and to certain widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors. May 13, 1908. [[H. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— Pension increased.Susan M.

Yeoman, late lieutenant-colonel Ninetieth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving-. James Jeffers.The name of James Jeffers, late of Company C, Sixth Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
