CHAP. 167.— An Act For the investigation, treatment, and prevention of trachoma among the Indians. February 20, 1909.[[H. R. 28164](/us/bill/70/hr/28164).][[Pubic, No. 250.](/us/pl/70/250)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That there be, and hereby is,Indians.Apprpriation to prevent, etc., spread of trachoma among. appropriated out of any moneys in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, the sum of twelve thousand dollars, to be immediately available to enable the Commissioner of Indian Affairs to investigate, treat, and prevent the spread of the disease of trachoma among the Indians.
