CHAP. 158.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the civil war and certain widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors. February 18, 1909. [[H. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— The name of Martha J.
Pruitt, widow of John T. Pruitt, late ofMartha J. Pruitt. Company B, Twenty-first Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Infantry., and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. 1494 John W. Hays.The name of John W. Hays, late of Company B, National Guard of East Tennessee, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
