CHAP. 155.— An Act For the relief of Charles H. Dunning. February 18, 1909. [[H. R. 18487](/us/bill/60/hr/18487).] [[Private, No. 149](/us/pvtl/60/149).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theCharles H. Dunning,Payment to. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Charles H. Dunning, late postmaster at Rome, New York, the sum of four hundred and twenty-one dollars and twenty-one cents, paid by him in settlement of his accounts with the Government to cover loss sustained by reason of the failure of the Fort Stanwix National Bank, of Rome, New York.
