CHAP. 151.— An Act For the relief of Wyatt O. Selkirk. February 18, 1909. [[H. R. 18726](/us/bill/60/hr/18726).] [[Private, No. 145](/us/pvtl/60/145).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Wyatt O. Selkirk.Advanced on lineal list of officers of Coast Artillery. That the name of First Lieutenant Wyatt O. Selkirk shall he advanced to a place next above the name of First Lieutenant George A. Wildrick on the lineal list of officers of the Coast Artillery Corps, and that thereafter the name of Lieutenant Selkirk shall be borne in that, relative position on the records of the War Department and on the Army Register.
