CHAP. 15.— An Act For the relief of Dewitt Eastman. January 8, 1909. [[S. 4749](/us/bill/60/s/4749).] [[Private, No. 67](/us/pvtl/60/67).] *Be it enacted by the Seriate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Dewitt Eastman.Military record corrected. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion from the name of Dewitt Eastman, late of Company B. Second Minnesota Volunteers, and of the Fourth United States Artillery:*Proviso.*No pay, etc. *Provided,* That no pay, bounty, or other emoluments shall accrue by virtue of the passage of this Act. Approved, January 8, 1909.
