CHAP. 141.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Regular Army and Navy, and certain soldiers and sailors of wars other than the civil war, and to widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors. February 17, 1909. [[H. R. 26746](/us/bill/60/hr/26746).] [[Private, No. 143](/us/pvtl/60/143).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Pensions. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— Raymond O.
Fatheree.The name of Raymond O. Fatheree, late of Company A, Thirty-third Regiment United States Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Catherine C. E. Einwachter.The name of Catherine C. E. Einwachter, widow of William Einwaehter, late of Company F, Fifth Regiment Maryland Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, and two dollars per month additional on account of the minor child of said William Einwachter until he reaches the age of sixteen years.
Thomas J. Parsons.The name of Thomas J. Parsons, late of Company H, Second Regiment United States Volunteer Engineers, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Ernest T. Etchells.The name of Ernest T. Etchells, late of Company B, Second Regiment Now Jersey Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Pensions increased.John M. Thomas.The name of John M. Thomas, late of Captain Lander’s Company A, Second Regiment Washington Territory Foot Volunteers, Oregon and Washington Territory Indian wars, and pay him a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. 1447 The name of William J.
Heany, late of Troop L. Sixth RegimentWilliam J. Heany. United States Cavalry, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. The name of Albert Werner, late of Battery N, First RegimentPensions.Albert Werner. United States Artillery, war with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. The name of Ruthey J. Robinson, dependent mother of Edward T.Ruthey J. Robinson. Robinson, late of Company M, Forty-seventh Regiment United States Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
