CHAP. 141.— An Act To authorize the Secretary of War to furnish two condemned brass or bronze cannon and cannon balls to the city of Winchester, Virginia. April 10, 1908.[[H. R. 18689](/us/bill/70/hr/18689).][[Public, No. 93.](/us/pl/70/93)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of WarWinchester, Va.Condemned cannon, etc., loaned to. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to furnish to the city of Winchester, Virginia, two brass or bronze condemned field pieces or cannon, with their carriages and with a suitable outfit of cannon balls, which may not be needed in the service, the same to be used at the old headquarters of General George Washington, which are now owned by said city, and to be subject at all times to the order of the Secretary of War: *Provided*, That no expense shall be incurred by*Proviso*.No expense. the United States in the delivery of the same.
