CHAP. 140.— An Act To correct the military record of Micaiah R. Evans. April 8, 1908. [[H. R. 13735](/us/bill/60/hr/13735).] [[Private, No. 48](/us/pvtl/60/48).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Micaiah R. Evans.Military record corrected. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to remove the charge of desertion from draft on the records of the War Department against Micaiah R.
Evans, of Huntingdon, Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania, late a member of Company A, Twenty-second Pennsylvania Cavalry *Proviso*.No pay, etc.Volunteers: *Provided,* That no pay, bounty, or emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act. Approved, April 8, 1908.
