CHAP. 14.— An Act To correct the military record of William A. Hinsch. January 8, 1909. [[S. 3388](/us/bill/60/s/3388).] [[Private, No. 68](/us/pvtl/60/68).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, William A. Hinsch.Military record corrected. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to so amend the records of the War Department as to show that William A. Hinsch was honorably discharged from Company F, Twelfth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and was duly and properly mustered out of such service before enlisting for three years service in the Fifth Regiment Ohio *Proviso*.No pay, etc.Volunteer Infantry: *Provided,* That no pay, bounty, or other allowances may accrue or become payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
