CHAP. 14.— An Act To authorize the court of county commissioners of Geneva County, Alabama, to construct a bridge across the Choctawhatchee River at or near the Jones Old Ferry, in Geneva County, Alabama. February 4, 1908.[[H. R. 9210](/us/bill/70/hr/9210).][[Public, No. 13](/us/pl/70/13).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the court of countyChoctawhatchee River.Geneva County may bridge, at Jones Old Ferry, Ala. commissioners of Geneva County, Alabama, its successors and assigns, be, and they are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a steel drawbridge and approaches thereto, across the Choctawhatchee River, at or near the Jones Old Ferry, about six miles above the town of Geneva, in Geneva County, in the State of Alabama, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulateVol. 34, p. 84. the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, February 4, 1908.
