CHAP. 139.— An Act To provide for the payment of John M. McDowell for services rendered in preparing a new set of indices of all the records of Council City recording district of the second judicial district of Alaska. February 17, 1909. McDowell.Payment to. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to John M.
McDowell, of Council City, Alaska, a sum not to exceed three thousand dollars, being for services rendered in preparing a new set of indices of all the records of Council City recording district of the second judicial district of Alaska. Approved, February 17, 1909.
