CHAP. 139.— An Act For the relief of the estate of D. S. Phelan. April 8, 1908. [[H. R. 1815](/us/bill/60/hr/1815).] [[Private, No. 47](/us/pvtl/60/47).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theD. S. Phelan.Payment to estate of. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to the estate of D. S. Phelan, late of the State of Tennessee, out of any money 1234in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one hundred and sixty-nine dollars and two cents, balance in full of account due to the said D.
S. Phelan for services rendered as mail contractor on route ten thousand one hundred and ninety-five, in the State of Tennessee, from January first to June thirtieth, eighteen hundred and sixty-one. Approved, April 8, 1908.
