CHAP. 138.— An Act For the relief of James Behan. April 7, 1908. [[H. R. 3822](/us/bill/60/hr/3822).] [[Private, No. 46](/us/pvtl/60/46).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theJames Behan, alias Michael Behan.Honorable discharge granted. Navy be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to issue a discharge to James Behan, who served on board the United States ship Vermont, United States ship Canandaigua, and United States ship Pinta, of the United States Navy, under the name of Michael Behan, in his true name, in lieu of the one he received for said service. Approved, April 7, 1908.
