CHAP. 133.— An Act For the relief of Clark County, Kentucky. February 16, 1909. [[H. R. 18417](/us/bill/60/hr/18417).] [[Private, No. 140](/us/pvtl/60/140).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theClark County, Ky.Payment to. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the county of Clark, State of Kentucky, the stun of two thousand seven hundred and twenty-seven dollars and five cents, to reimburse said county for the building of a bridge across Howards Creek in said county.
