R. 15070](/us/bill/60/hr/15070).] [[Private, No. 44](/us/pvtl/60/44).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theJ. Edmund Strong.Payment to. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay to J. Edmund Strong, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of four hundred and thirty-four dollars and eighty-nine cents. Approved, April 2, 1908.
