CHAP. 126.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the civil war and certain widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors. April 2, 1908. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— Pensions increased.Mary L.
Chase.The name of Mary L. Chase, widow of Washington I. Chase, late captain Company H, Ninth Regiment Maine Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Mary C. Nason.The name of Mary C. Nason, widow of Christopher C. Nason, late of Company B. Fourth Regiment California Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Orrin V. S. Van Denburg.The name of Orrin V.
