CHAP. 123.— An Act For the relief of the Philadelphia Company, of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. February 13, 1909. [[S. 6312](/us/bill/60/s/6312).] [[Private, No. 136](/us/pvtl/60/136).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and Haase of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Philadelphia Company, Pittsburg, Pa.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to the Philadelphia Company, of Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, any statute of limitations to the contrary notwithstanding, the sum of two thousand seven hundred and forty-one dollars and sixty cents, the amount of taxes improperly collected by the United States under the war-revenue Act of June thirteenth, eighteen hundred and ninety-eight.
