CHAP. 121.— An Act For the relief of John V. Vickers. February 13, 1909. [[S. 4313](/us/bill/60/s/4313).] [[Private, No, 134](/us/pvtl/60/134).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Commissioner ofJohn V. Vickers.Reconveyance of land to, authorized. the General Land Office be, and be is hereby, authorized to reconvey, by proper deed of conveyance, all title which the said John V. Vickers has vested in the United States Government to the following-1444Description.described land, to wit:
Southwest quarter northeast quarter and south-east quarter northwest quarter and the west half southeast quarter, section twenty-six, township ten south, range sixty-eight west of the sixth principal meridian, Colorado, embracing one hundred and sixty *Proviso*.Proof of conveyance.acres: *Provided,* That the said John V. Vickers makes satisfactory proof of such conveyance to the United States of said land by the submission of an abstract of title together with the deed of conveyance to the United States of the same, which said deed and abstract or abstracts shall be retained in the hies of the General Land Office.
