CHAP. 118.— An Act To authorize the county of Ashley, in the State of Arkansas, to construct a bridge across Bayou Bartholomew, Ashley County, Arkansas, at Portland. April 1, 1908.[[H. R. 17510](/us/bill/70/hr/17510).][[Public, No. 79.](/us/pl/70/79)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the county of Ashley,Bayou Bartholomew.Ashley County, Ark., may bridge, at Portland. a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Arkansas, its successors and assigns, be, and is hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a steel drawbridge and approaches thereto, across the Bayou Bartholomew, at Portland, in the State of Arkansas, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act toVol. 34, p. 84. regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, April 1, 1908.
