CHAP. 115.— An Act For the relief of Richard A. Proctor. February 13, 1909. [[S. 655](/us/bill/60/s/655).] [[Private, No. 128](/us/pvtl/60/128).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and Rouse of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theRichard A. Proctor.Payment to. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Richard A. Proctor, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of three hundred dollars, for use of lands near Fort D. A. Russell, Wyoming, as part of the target range during the seasons of nineteen hundred and six and nineteen hundred and seven. Approved, February 13, 1909.
