CHAP. 113.— An Act For the relief of the Chicago, Peoria and Saint Louis Railway Company of Illinois. February 13, 1909. [[S. 60](/us/bill/60/s/60).] [[Private, No. 126](/us/pvtl/60/126).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Chicago, Peoria and Saint Louis Railway Company.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to pay to the Chicago, Peoria and Saint Louis Railway Company of Illinois two thousand eight hundred and thirty-five dollars and forty five cents, being the amount of internal-revenue tax on certain high wines erroneously appropriated by the Navy Department at Indian Head.
