Young.Reimbursement. out of any money in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, for the reimbursement of George W. Young, post- master at Wanship, in the State of Utah, for postage stamps stolen from a safe without fault on his part, one hundred and sixty-three dollars and eighty-seven cents.
