CHAP. 109.— An Act Authorizing the Woodlawn Cemetery Association, of Saint Maries, Idaho, to purchase not to exceed forty acres of land in the Coeur d’Alene Indian Reservation in Idaho. March 27, 1908.[[H.R. 17167.]](/us/bill/70/hr/17167)[[Public, No. 72](/us/pl/70/72).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theWoodlawn Cemetery Association, Saint Maries, Idaho.Sale of lands to. Interior is hereby authorized and directed to sell to the Woodlawn Cemetery Association, of Saint Maries, Idaho, nonmineral land not to exceed in area forty acres, which may be selected by the cemetery association and subject to the approval of the Secretary of the Interior: *Provided*, That this land shall be selected from the Coeur d’Alene Indian*Provisos*.Location.
Reservation: *And provided further*, That the Woodlawn Cemetery Association, of Saint Maries, Idaho, shall pay to the GovernmentProceeds to Coeur d’Alene Indians. of the United States the appraised value of the land, the proceeds of the sale to be turned into the moneys accruing from the disposition of the unallotted Indian lands as provided in the Act authorizing theVol. 34, p. 335. opening of the Coeur d’Alene Indian Reservation.
