CHAP. 106.— An Act To correct the military record of George H. Tracy. February 9, 1909. [[H. R. 20171](/us/bill/60/hr/20171).] [[Private, No. 121](/us/pvtl/60/121).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That George H. Tracy, lateGeorge H. Tracy.Honorable discharge granted. captain Company I, Thirty-third Regiment Missouri Volunteer Infantry, shall be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the service of the United States by Special Orders, Numbered Twenty-four, Department and Army of the Tennessee, dated March fourth, eighteen Hundred and sixty-five, and said orders shall be held in force, and Special Orders of the War Department Numbered One hundred and two, dated March first, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, dishonorably dismissing said Tracy, shall be held revoked: *Provided, **Proviso.*No pay, etc.That no pay, bounty, or other emolument shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
