CHAP. 106.— An Act Providing for the platting and selling of the south half of section thirty, township two north, range eleven west of the Indian meridian, in the State of Oklahoma, for town-site purposes. R. 4922](/us/bill/70/hr/4922).][[Public, No. 69](/us/pl/70/69).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theOklahoma.Town site directed.R. S. sec. 2381, p. 436.*Post*, p. 637.
Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to plat and sell in accordance with section twenty-three hundred and eighty-one of the Revised Statutes of the United States the following-described tract of land, to wit: The south half of section thirty, township two north,Location. range eleven west of the Indian meridian, in the State of Oklahoma:*Provisos*.Reserved for park and schools. *Provided*, That the Secretary of the Interior shall reserve from said tract of land, when surveyed, one block for public park and two blocks for public school purposes, and shall cause to be erected two suitable school buildings out of the proceeds arising from said sale, the remainderProceeds. of proceeds, after deducting the expenses necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act, to be converted into and become a part of the fund belonging to the Comanche, Kiowa, and Apache tribes of Indians: *Provided further*, That said sale shall be made as soon asTime of sale. practicable after the approval of this Act.
