CHAP. 105.— An Act For the relief of Lafayette L. McKnight. February 9, 1909. [[H. R. 16015](/us/bill/60/hr/16015).] [[Private, No. 120](/us/pvtl/60/120).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That Lafayette L. McKnight,Lafayette L. McKnight.Honorable discharge granted. also borne as Lafayette McNight, be held and considered to have served as a private in Captain Brooks’s company, Mechanic Fusileers, Liter designated as the Fifty-sixth Illinois Infantry, from October twentieth, eighteen hundred and sixty-one, to January twenty-eighth, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, and to have been honorably discharged there-from: *Provided,* That no pay, bounty, or other emolument shall become*Proviso.*No pay. etc. due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act.
