CHAP. 104.— An Act To authorize the Pensacola, Mobile and New Orleans Railway Company, a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Alabama, to construct a bridge over and across the Mobile River and its navigable channels on a line approximately east of the north boundary line of the city of Mobile, Alabama. March 26, 1908.[[H. R. 17311](/us/bill/70/hr/17311).][[Public, No. 68](/us/pl/70/68).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Pensacola, MobileMobile River, Ala.Pensacola, Mobile and New Orleans Railway Company may bridge, at Mobile. and New Orleans Railway Company, a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Alabama, be, and is hereby, authorized to construct, operate, and maintain a bridge, and its approaches thereto, across the Mobile River and its navigable channels, in the counties of Baldwin and Mobile, in the State of Alabama, at a point approximately east of the north boundary line of the city of Mobile, to be approved by the Secretary of War, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigableVol. 34, p. 84. waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, and repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, March 26, 1908.
