CHAP. 103.— An Act For the relief of Chaplain Henry Swift, Thirteenth Infantry, United States Army. February 9, 1909. [[H. R. 2952](/us/bill/60/hr/2952).] [[Private, No. 118](/us/pvtl/60/118).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Henry Swift.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to pay, to Chaplain Henry Swift, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one thousand and three dollars and eighteen cents, said sum to be a payment in full for all losses of personal property incurred by him by reason of the wreck of the United States transport Morgan City in the Inland Sea of Japan on or about September first, eighteen *Proviso.*Affidavit, etc.hundred and ninety-nine *Provided,* That the accounting officers of the Treasury shall require a schedule and affidavit from him, such schedule to be approved by the Secretary of War.
