CHAP. 10.— An Act To authorize the Chicago, Indiana and Southern Railroad Company to construct and maintain a bridge across the Grand Calumet River in the town of Gary, Indiana. February 1, 1908.[[H. R. 11330](/us/bill/70/hr/11330).][[Public, No. 10](/us/pl/70/10).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Chicago, IndianaGrand Calumet River.Chicago, Indiana and Southern Railroad Company may bridge, at Gary, Ind. and Southern Railroad Company, a corporation of the State of Indiana, is hereby authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge across the Grand Calumet River at a point in the town of Gary, Lake County, Indiana, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitledVol. 34, p. 84.
“An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six. Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendments. expressly reserved. Approved, February 1, 1908.
