CHAP. 99.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Oliver P. Smith. February 5, 1906.[[S. 182](/us/bill/59/s/182).][[Private, No. 87](/us/pvt/59/87).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, *, That the Secretary of the Oliver P. Smith. Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Oliver P.
Smith, late of Company F, Fifth Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry and Company A, First Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 5, 1906.
