CHAP. 982.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Alfred McPherran. March 19, 1906. [[S. 527](/us/bill/59/s/527).] [[Private. No. 923](/us/pvtl/59/923).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Alfred McPherran. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Alfred McPherran, late of Company C, One hundred and twenty-fifth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
