CHAP. 978.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Margaret Kearney. February 18, 1907.[[S. 5021](/us/bill/34/s/5021).][[Private, No. 885](/us/pvt/34/885).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theMargaret Kearney.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Margaret Kearney, widow of James Kearney, late of Company A, Third Regiment Rhode Island Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
