CHAP. 963.— An Act Granting a pension to Sanford H. Moats. February 18, 1907.[[S. 3681](/us/bill/34/s/3681).][[Private, No. 870](/us/pvt/34/870).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theSanford H. Moats.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Sanford H. Moats, late of Company C, Seventh Regiment West Virginia Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, February 18, 1907.
