CHAP. 954.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Charles Duby, alias Louis Deshemean. February 18, 1907.[[S. 2259](/us/bill/34/s/2259).][[Private, No. 861](/us/pvt/34/861).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theCharles Duby, alias Louis Deshemean.Pension increased. 2418pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Charles Duby, alias Louis Deshemean, late of Company H.
Eleventh Regiment Missouri Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 18, 1907.
