CHAP. 947.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to James Sutherland. March 12, 1906. [[H. R. 13582](/us/bill/59/hr/13582).] [[Private, No. 904](/us/pvtl/59/904).] *Be it enacted the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of James Sutherland, late of Captain J.
S. Williams’s independent company, Kentucky Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. James Sutherland. Pension increased. Approved, March 12, 1906.
