CHAP. 941.— An Act For the relief of C. A. Berry. February 18, 1907.[[H. R. 8365](/us/bill/34/hr/8365).][[Private, No. 848](/us/pvt/34/848).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That there be paid to C. A. C. A. Berry.Payment to.Berry, of Casey, Iowa, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars, being the amount paid by C. A. Berry and J. G. Berry for Ruth C.
Berry, as 2415shown by cash receipt numbered twenty-one thousand six hundred and sixteen of the Des Moines, Iowa, land office, the entry under which said payment was made having been canceled, and the said C. A. Berry being the sole heir and legatee of the said Ruth C. Berry. Approved, February 18, 1907.
