CHAP. 940.— An Act Granting an honorable discharge to Joseph P. W. R. Ross. February 18, 1907.[[S. 3593](/us/bill/34/s/3593).][[Private, No. 847](/us/pvt/34/847).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of War Joseph P. W. R. Ross.Honorable discharge granted.be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to correct the military record of and grant an honorable discharge to Joseph P. W.
R. Ross, late a member of Company H, First Eastern Shore Maryland Volunteers, and now a resident of Maryland: *Provided,* That no pay, *Proviso.*No pay, etc.bounty, or other emoluments shall become due or payable by virtue of the passage of this Act. Approved, February 18, 1907.
